However, we will offer an exchange, gift voucher or a full refund back to the account you issued payment at our discretion, if:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The products are returned in their original condition with packaging \u201cif originally included\u201d and with all labels, unused and undamaged.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; You have proof of purchase (receipt, credit statement or invoice)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; You return the product within 30 days of purchasing it from us; and<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; You bear all costs, such as shipping and insurance, related to the return of the product to us.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If your item is faulty:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact our Customer Service team, so they can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. Please note that we&#8217;ll need a photo or two showing the defect\/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refund Process Time.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the return at our showroom.
